Just a note from two of your biggest fans and believers.  We closed on our house this afternoon.  It was the first person who looked at it.  If you remember, we had two showings; then two contracts...woo hoo.
 
Even at the closing, the realtor for the buyers commented that ours was the cleanest house she had ever seen.  We know we are not THAT clean but everything you said to do made all of the difference.  We even kept it staged up to the walk through last night so nothing would deter them.
 
The buyers were very sweet...the wife said she wanted to know how we kept it like that all the time...     I didn't have the heart to tell her that the look was mainly staging and that in realty we were pretty cluttered and messy.
 
Either way, thanks again!  If you need any kind of endorsement, let us know.  We are behind you 100%.

Jodi, I just wanted to write to you to let you know again, how much I appreciate everything you've done for me!!!  I appreciate all of your time and efforts so much I can't even put it into words. I have ALWAYS been challenged by decorating or putting colors/things and ideas together. You are so talented and I am so glad that you are doing what you enjoy and what you are so gifted at!  You took my 3 years of total frustration of not having my house "done" and made such a difference. It was certainly worth the wait!

Someone came by the house when you all were working. They asked “what you all were doing in there”? When they called me I told them you were “making a house a home”. When I went into the house on Monday I was overwhelmed with the sense of love and family that went into Rahab’s Hideaway. I watched a team of people come together, some of which you all just met for the first time; to make a home for someone who has no family.

You guys are awesome!! You really deposited a feeling of love and family in the home. And you will never know how much you have not only blessed me personally, but Rahab’s Hideaway, and especially the lives of those who will sleep in those beds, eat at the table and shower in the bathrooms.

I will thank you all in a more formal way however, I just couldn’t let the day end without saying “Thank you”.
